Resolution:

Most recent are 8 Megapixel, most are 2560x1920 (5 Megapixel), oldest are 1600x1200 (2 Megapixel).

Camera:

Recently, a CANON IXUS 860.  Previously, a Olympus 5050Z.  Oldest ones are Canon Powershot A75 or Olympus C2020Z.  They are unprocessed, direct from the camera, apart from the addition of copyright messages.
